Dear You,
There is something so surreal each time you dip your head in, throw back your arms just a little further and harder, propel yourself forward and come back up for a quick gasp of air. All of this in a matter of seconds before you go back in again. It's like at that moment, all that you concentrate on is getting ahead. You never turn back to look at how far ahead you are; or how little you've achieved given the time you have had. You only focus on your destination and keep going. All of the things on your mind fade away and get pushed back into the deep cracks from within which they came from. Your sole means of survival in the vast universe that engulfs you literally, is by breathing. And so, you begin to concentrate each time your lungs expand and contract. Nothing else matters anymore. My love affair with you has been rekindled. Till we meet again, XOXO! |
