The years after graduating from school are indeed the true testament to any friendship/relationship. It's only when you're out of the educational boundaries that you begin to realise the comfort, if I may say, of the system we've been through for the past 23 odd years. The minute graduation is over, all the pressures of the working world sets in and soon you realise you're actually the man in the middle of the court getting pulled by every other thing that requires your attention. So how are you going to split yourself up? You can't do everything that you want. That's the sad truth and harsh reality considering a full time job consumes at least 40 hours per week. So, I suggest you do the things that you won't regret having wasted time on if you died tomorrow. Sorry for the morbidness, like again.
This quote sums it all up, When you’re young, your whole life is about the pursuit of fun. Then, you grow up and learn to be cautious. You could break a bone or a heart. You look before you leap and sometimes you don’t leap at all because there’s not always someone there to catch you. And in life, there’s no safety net. When did it stop being fun and start being scary? |
