Caught 2 movies on Thursday and Friday. 2012 and paranormal activity. 2102 was a futuristic movie which was abit too far fetched. About nostradamus theories, mayan calenders etc. The day as predicted is 21.12.2012. So people, let's enjoy life till then(at least). Paranormal activity, on the other hand, was just reactionless for me. I think after this horror movie I can conclude horror films don't work for me. Its either I can't be scared to my wits end or I have no emotions. I would like to think of it as the former. So the last good movie I have watched remains as My Sister's Keeper.
Today, I discovered that according to some online poll that the most annoying word in the English Language is whatever. The author added in anything also actually. And then went on to mention about how annoying it is especially when people take the effort to send a long sms out and the only reply they can give is k. Ok if they are in a better mood of coz. Amazing how the word okay transformed to ok and then now the ultimate K. In the near future, an empty sms would replace even K. Exams start tomorrow. The kind of feeling you can't wait for it to start so that the end is also nearer. The after exams plans seems to be more exciting like DUH! I can't wait for penang and turkey. Though I still wish December had more days so that I would have more days in Singapore compared to my current 15 days to enjoy the sunny island. Let the race begin I say. And maybe in friendships, it's really not that hard to make an effort to do something or show you actually do care about someone. I guess ironically the hardest part is making that first step even. Coz one's you are they and you have made the first step everything else would fall into place and you will keep going. |
