Another few minutes to pen what’s been going on. I guess I’m enjoying certain aspects, not the rest. Some moments are making me think, reflect, contemplate. The rest are making me wish time would just fly by. Some test my endurance, patience, strength. Some have won over me. Some have lost bitterly. But it has been gratifying. Through my eyes, I love my life. For the people I have to love, to chat with. All the friendships, relations I have. The liberation to rover through life. The experience I got yesterday was satisfying. The first ever religious event I’ve attended over-night. I’m proud of where I’m heading. I ask of Lord to guide me through the rest of this journey with strength that will never die. Never give up on me, never allow myself to give up on me as well. The serenity, the solace. It was indeed a great feeling with the blessings of a slight shower around 2am. The steadfast belief that everything will be taken care by Her and watch the devotees walk through was amazing. It was my first experience over a short time span. But, definitely a good start for many more to come. |
